Oyafindme is a business directory and listing platform that connects users with independent businesses, service providers, and artisans. We do not provide the underlying services ourselves and are not a party to any transaction between users and businesses.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or listing a business.

You will not use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

You are solely responsible for any contracts, payments, deliveries, or disputes arising from interactions with other users or businesses.

Oyafindme is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any goods or services listed by businesses on the Platform.

We do not verify every business and reviews are user-generated and may not reflect actual experiences.

All transactions are conducted at your own risk and discretion.

Paid subscriptions and add-ons are billed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

All content, branding, and code on the Platform belongs to Oyafindme or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Platform, or pose risk to other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
